Price for courier’s delivery service «PRIMAVERA EXPRESS» is determined by the type of dispatch, point of destination, weight parameters and additional categories of delivery. To determine the cost of your dispatch, follow these steps: 1. Determine the type and weight of your dispatch. There are 2 types of dispatch: documents and cargos. Documents - business papers, written, business or private correspondence, air tickets and any messages, information or data on paper, that have no industrial or declared value and do not contain information, which removing through Ukraine’s border is prohibited by law or requires approval of the relevant public authorities. Documents do not include: works of art, empty blanks (forms), newspapers, books, blueprints (blueline copy), brochures, drawings, journals, manuscripts, any information on computer media. Cargos - any package, bag, box or container accepted and delivered by courier’s delivery service. Weight of dispatches The cost of dispatch depends on the actual (metric) weight , or the volumetric weight and is determined by the larger value. The actual (metric) weight - is measured by the appropriate metric instruments (scales). Volumetric weight - is a value which is the ratio of dispatch weight and its quantity. Volumetric weight is used mainly for large-scaled shipments: (L x W x H) / 5000 = Volumetric Weight L = length in cm H = height in cm W = width in cm 5 000 = constant. For cargos which dimensions in height or width exceed 50 cm or which weight space is more than 20 kg, delivery terms are to be previously coordinated with order processing operator. 2. Choose the type of service. Find your desired destination in the service areas and write the number of area (numeric or alphabetic). 3. To determine the dispatch price refer to the appropriate pay scale table. Find the price of your dispatch according to the type, area, number and weight. If the residential place is situated in any other area except the first, the price of delivery is determined by adding the tariff of dispatch area and the destination city area. If the residential place of dispatch is situated in the first zone, the price of delivery is determined by the area of the city of destination. Example 1: If you need to send documents from Donetsk to Kiev (or Belaya Tserkov, Vinnitsa, Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhye, Zhitomir, Ivano-Frankovsk, Ilichevsk, Kirovograd, Kremenchug, Krivoy Rog, Lugansk, Lutsk, Lvov, Makeevka, Mariupol, Nikolaev, Odessa , Poltava, Rovno, Simferopol, Sumy, Ternopol, Uzhgorod, Kharkov, Kherson, Khmelnitsky, Cherkasy, Chernigov, Chernovtsy). 1. Determine the number of Donetsk and Kiev service area. Donetsk Area 1, Kiev - Area 1 (all the above mentioned residential places also belong to the first area) 2. To determine the cost of delivery choose unlimited by weight and a fixed cost service "envelope" and refer to the delivery prices in Ukraine. 3. Delivery cost from Donetsk to Kiev, as well as to the other residential places of the first area will be 42 UAN, including VAT. Example 2: If you need to send documents up to 3 kg. from Kramatorsk (or Avdeevka, Artemovsk, Gorlovka, Enakievo, Konstantinovka, Kramatorsk, Krasnoarmeysk, Selidovo, Slavyansk, Snezhnoe, Torez, Khartsyzsk, Shahtersk, Yasinovataya) to Kiev. 1. Determine the number of Kramatorsk and Kiev service area. Kramatorsk - Area 2 (all the above mentioned residential places also belong to the second area), Kiev - Zone 1 2. To determine the cost of delivery choose unlimited by weight and a fixed cost service "envelope" and refer to the delivery prices in Ukraine. 3. Delivery cost from Kramatorsk to Kiev, as well as from the other residential places of second area will be 69 UAN, including VAT. Example 3: If you need to send documents up to 3 kg from Druzhkovka (or Alekseevo-Druzhkovka, Amvrosievka, Volnovaha, Debaltsevo, Dzerzhinsk, Dobropolie, Dokuchaevsk, Druzhkovka, Zugres, Kirovskoe, Kurahovo, Novoazovsk, Novotroitskoe, Rodinskogo, Svetlodarsk, Starobeshevo, Uglegorsk, Ugledar, Ukrainsk) to Alchevsk (or Antratsyt , Ahtyrka, Borispol, Derazhnya, Dergachi, Dneprodzerzhinsk, Dublyany, Znamenka, Ingulets, Kahovka, Kvasilov, Kovel, Krasnodon, Krasny Luch, Lebedin, Letichev, Lutugino, Novaya Kahovka, Novaya Odessa, Novomoskovsk, Opytnoe, Peremyshlyany, Rovenki, Rogan, Romny, Sverdlovsk, Stanichno-Luganskoe, Uzin, Hotin, Chuguev, Shostka, Yubileyny). 1. Determine the number of Druzhkovka and Alchevsk service area Druzhkovka - Area 3 (all the above mentioned residential places also belong to the third area), Alchevsk - Area 2 (all the above mentioned residential places also belong to the second area) 2. To determine the cost of delivery choose unlimited by weight and a fixed cost service "envelope" and refer to the delivery prices in Ukraine. Price Druzhkovka (Area 3) UAH + Price Alchevsk (Area 2) 69 UAH = 153 UAH. 3. Delivery cost from Druzhkovka, as well as from the other residential places of the third area, to Alchevsk, as well as to the other residential places of the second area, will be 153 USD, including VAT. |
